We believeHealth and Nutrition as fundamental rights that must be rooted in community knowledge, participation and equity. Our work focuses on enabling communities- especially women and adolescents to take charge of their well-being through informed action.

Using the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach, we facilitate dialogue and collective problem solving on key health and nutrition issues. We promote nutrition gardens to improve household level dietary diversity and ensure access to poison free, fresh, local and nutritious foods.

We work closely to strengthen service delivery systems and build the capacity of frontline workers, ensuring last-mile access to health and nutrition services. Our efforts also focus on community mobilisation around critical issues such as the malnutrition cycle, balanced diets, menstrual hygiene, sanitation practices, and gender equality, recognizing their interconnected impact on overall health and nutrition.

Through these initiatives, we aim to build resilient communities equipped to make informed choices and demand quality health and nutrition services.
